  • You look after our existing customers and as Customer Success Manager, provide the impuls for their further development
  • You work out concepts together with our consultants and supervise the implementation at the customer’s site
  • You are the connection for our customers between all departments
  • You are responsible for market analyses and inform our customers about the latest trends and how we can help them with the implementations

WHY YOU ARE OUR NEXT INNOVATOR?

  • You have a degree in the field of business administration, business informatics or similar
  • You have several years of professional experience in the enterprise software industry, ideally in the PIM, MDM or E-commerce environment
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are a sales talent and are not shy to communicate with our customers
  • You are communicative, active and structured
