YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You take over and solve problem cases from First-Level support
  • You enjoy carrying out in-depth analyses of problem cases in first-level support
  • You enjoy creating scripts and smaller tools to support the software rollout
  • You act as a support partner for operational and complex questions from Customer Care employees

YOU CAN STAND OUT BY DEMONSTRATING:

  • You have an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable further training
  • You have already gained programming experience with Java or other programming languages
  • Linux, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, software rollout, web applications, and security are not new words for you
  • You have a high technical affinity and enjoy familiarizing yourself with difficult issues
  • You are proactive, curious and enjoy handling challenging issues
  • You are fluent in English, if you also speak German, that would be a big plus
