WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE OUR NEXT INNOVATOR?

  • You are studying business administration, psychology or something similar in the 3rd semester or higher
  • You are (business-level) fluent in German and English
  • You have already gained some experience in the HR field, ideally in recruiting
  • You know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You are structured, assertive and independent
