YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are responsible for our seven-person support team in India and actively shape the further development of our employees
  • You implement KPIs in the area of customer care and take control of the key figures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Reporting is a matter of course for you to ensure quality
  • You act as a sparring partner for operational and complex questions from Customer Care employees

YOU CAN STAND OUT BY DEMONSTRATING:

  • You have a degree in one of the STEM subjects or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have at least five years of professional experience and have ideally already gained management experience
  • You have a strong technical aptitude and enjoy getting to grips with difficult issues
  • Linux, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, software rollout, web applications, but also security are no foreign words for you
  • You are proactive and like to act as a sparring partner for different areas
  • You are fluent in German and English
